How do I restore my purchases?
From the meme creator screen, click the Help button in the top right corner of the screen. From there you should see a button to restore your purchases. Click that.
My meme is not saving to my photo album, what do I do?
Make sure Meta Meme has access to save to your photo album. Go to Settings -> Meta Meme, and from here make sure Meta Meme has access to read/write to your photo album.
My gif or video is not uploading to the app.
Does this happen with every video you try? If you are experiencing an issue uploading a particular video please email us the url to the video and we can investigate.
